A PWA for self-employed tradespeople

MoyMasterOK is my own web product for self-employed specialists and small service businesses. It helps keep track of clients and orders, create estimates and invoices, share documents by a public link, record payments and keep the history of work with each client. I took the product from idea to a working application: user flows, data structure, UX/UI, frontend and backend, authentication, documents, the client base, infrastructure and deployment.

Challenge

Self-employed specialists often juggle clients, estimates, payments and documents across different apps, spreadsheets and chats.

Solution

  • 01 One mobile web service where an order goes from client and estimate to payment and work history.
  • 02 Clients open documents by a public link — no sign-up and no app to install.
  • 03 A mobile-first interface: the main operations are done from a phone, right on site.
  • 04 Own backend, database and production infrastructure in Docker.
